ABOUT
The concept for campus rededication for homes is a project by Christopher Weber Architects to assist the First Presbyterian Church of Oakland’s Buildings & Grounds Committee in planning for the long-term needs of its historic campus and the ministry needs of the surrounding community. It is an effort to determine whether the church can assist its neighbors in Oakland by providing room for new, affordable homes, while maintaining its existing ministry of sharing its campus with its neighbors. We are interested in hearing from housing developers, builders, and community organizations in need of space. We are also interested in hearing from people in Oakland who struggle to find affordable homes. Please contact us.
